Tuna poke- Raw ahi tuna marinated with sesame and soy, avocado, wontons and sea weed salad.
Vegetarian- Roasted beet poke- roasted beets marinated in sesame and soy, avocado, wontons and sea weed salad.

PETTAL TO THE KETTLE-Salad
Roasted beet salad- Roasted golden beets, shaved fennel, Julianna goat cheese, apples, crispy shallots, good life farms mixed greens, micro arugula, truffle vinaigrette.

TEDDY BEAR KISSES- Entree
Beef Wellington- Beef fillet wrapped and baked in puff pastry dough, Sweet corn mashed potatoes, Roasted tri color baby carrots, Teddy Bear Kisses demi-glace.
Vegetarian- Mushrooms, vegetable, and gruyere baked in a puff pastry dough, sweet corn mashed potatoes, roasted tri color baby carrots, Teddy bear kisses demi-glace.

VINO SYNTH RED- Entrée
Lobster ravioli- House made ravioli stuffed with lobster, ricotta, and mozzarella served with a lobster bisque.
Vegetarian- house made spinach and ricotta ravioli, served with a Roasted tomato bisque.

RASPBERRY- Dessert
Raspberry and white chocolate mousse cake- Chocolate cookie crust with a white chocolate and raspberry mouse, house made vanilla bean whipped topping and raspberry compote.
