Raspberry is a fruited ale, which showcases the distinct fruit characteristics of fresh red raspberries melded with a mildly tart base of sour ale. Reddish in hue with a pink foam appear upon pouring, with zesty amounts of carbonation. Fresh raspberry aromas meld with floral and wine-like notes.
Sour Reserve 8
Sour Reserve is a tart, dry, and refreshing blond sour ale, with multiple layers of flavor by selecting premium barrels of aged Basis. Expect flavors of peach, cherry, wine, cider, with rich aromas of lactic sourness and multiple fruity notes. Effervescent carbonation creates an inviting and experiential sour beer session.

Persimmon is a native species of fruit bearing tree in North America. Paired with Peach and pineapple, these fruits come together in wonderful harmony, with each delivering their own wonderful flavors and aromas. Dry hopped with Galaxy, inviting aromas of passionfruit and citrus hop character meet the nose alongside rich fruit notes of banana, pear, peach and mango. Flavor is mildly tart, with rich peachy tropical notes balanced with delicate hops.
This is a blend of two of the first beers we created, Sky & Forest. Cultivated at the Scenic View Lodge and Hickory Ridge Fire Tower in Hoosier National Forest. The combination of these microorganisms are added during fermentation of Basis. You’ll experience aromas of barnyard funk and fruit with tart, earthy flavors. Expect a dry, clean finish on your palate.
A blend of our Creek and Quarry beers, cultivated at the Bean Blossom Nature Reserve and Woolery Mill, the combination of these microorganisms added during fermentation of Basis creates a rich and complex beer. You’ll experience aromas of pineapple and lemon with flavors of tart citrus fruit, pear, and hints of cider.
