Whether the chips fall your way or not, Upland aficionados can count on the enjoyment of a delicious meal and pint o' Indiana's best at all the upscale French Lick Springs Hotel venues. These include the elegant Power Plant, with its wall of turn-of-the-century copper levers and switches—saved from the trash heap by Carl Cook, 1875: The Steakhouse, (marvelous garden views), and Spring #8, adjacent to the indoor-outdoor atrium pool.
