Petal to the Kettle

While we make sour ales that are aged in barrels for months, even years, we took a different spin on Petal to the Kettle. We fermented it right in the kettle to give it a subtly tart finish that plays nicely with strawberry flavors and aromas of rose and hibiscus. Go ahead, take it for a cruise. Summer fades quickly.
